| Piano: |
A piano and
stool may be used at a charge of £10.00 in any one day to cover the cost
of periodic tuning. The piano may only be moved with care under the
supervision of the Caretaker and be locked after use. |

| Slide
projector: |
A slide
projector with carousel, stand and fixed screen is available at a charge
of £10.00 per day or part day. |

| Overhead
projector: |
An overhead
projector with stand and fixed screen is available at a charge of £10.00
per day or part day. |

| Easel: |
An easel and
grip-board for flip-charts is available at a charge of £5.00 per day or
part day. |

| Stage: |
A flexible
stage of up to 4 ft - square units is available. The stage requires
specialist knowledge to erect and dismantle and there are restrictions
as to its use. Please consult the Caretaker for further details and hire
charges. |

| Stage
lighting: |
The Hall is
equipped with modern stage lighting and permission to use it is only
granted to persons with experience of the type of equipment installed.

| Safety
requirements |

Seating: |
Seating plans for various types of function are available from the
Caretaker and these layouts must be followed to comply with Fire
Regulations and Hall Licences. For public entertainment including stage
plays, chairs must be locked in rows and there shall be no standing in
or obstruction of aisles. Access to emergency exits must be kept clear
during the performance. |
| Tables: |
If a large
number of tables and chairs are required for an event such as a wedding
reception, dinner etc, the layout must be approved by the Caretaker. |
| Exits: |
All exit doors
must be unlocked and checked for operation before any event in the Hall.
The doors must be locked at the conclusion of hire. |
