Minster Toilet no news.
Clr. Rodda reported Stiches foot paths are badly damaged,. will National
Trust consider fencing?. Clr. Jarvis reported BAM meetings are well covered by
locals.

Hopkins. Clr.Dawson proposed acceptance, subject to a landscape plan.
Seconded by Clr.Jarvis, all in favour Resolved.

for Mr R Muffet. Clr. Jarvis proposed no objection, seconded by Clr.Dawson, all
in favour. Resolved.

Response Plan. Follow up meeting to be arranged.

Consultation: closed on 13th Jan.2010..

No liaison meeting until early Feb .Cl.rs.
Ferrett, Findlay & Jarvis have all been trying to get BAM & Cornwall Highways to
make a small adjustment to prevent flooding at the Old Mill.

Cornwall Councillors
report:
New Council Houses grant of £1.3 million received.
Reddivallen entrance meeting will be
on 19th Jan.10.00hrs.
Gritting appreciation . Restoration of grit bins to be sought. Vulnerable
children service to be improved. Street lighting reduction more information
required from both sides of the argument. Car park Charges consultation to
continue with questionnaire. Tintagel arrangement would suit Boscastle. 5%
increase on average. Biomass boiler
invite to Davidstowe still available.
