Looking forward to Easter when we'll be down again.
We have been coming to you for many years (makes us sound like old gits!) and we are regulars at Pennycrocker campsite
See you soon - look out for our orange VW Westy!

REPLY: We'll be watching for the VW?

I have been visiting the village for many years but have not been now for over a year. This has been mainly due to the significant flood relief actinvity currently being undertaken. I was advised through a response to this question sometime ago that major activity would have been completed quite a long time ago. However I understand the current work is as significant as ever and causing quite a disturbance to the village. Can anyone advise as to the current schedule of work completion specifically around the Christmas and Easter Periods.
REPLY: Sorry reply is late but have been moving house. In answer to your question all of the works are nearing completion and all works will be finished by Easter.

If anyone bumps into Malcolm Drover in the pub can they buy him a beer and say its from his long lost son in New Zealand. great Website for keeping up to date on local news when you are 12,000 miles away.
